Each photo is accompanied by a description and a tip, written from the point of view of George Bush. W also provides some never-heard-before stories from his personal life.
The author, Daniel Cota (referred to as an artist/entrepreneur on the back cover) is responsible for coming up with the poses, photography and writing. The book is available in a hardcover version for $14.95 and was first published October 3rd, 2006 by Bloomsbury USA.
The author's description of Bush Yoga:
"This book has been created to explore the sometimes natural, and sometimes unnatural union between George W. Bush and yoga. It is an experiment. Its meaning at the outset of its creation was unknown, and now that it is complete, its meaning is probably even more uncertain."
