Optimistic?

Absinthe Films has produced another very high quality snowboarding film. “Optimistic?” is 45mins of amazing riding and great filmmaking. The visuals are absolutely mesmerizing, particularly during the big mountain riding segments (which make up the majority of the DVD).

 The soundtrack is great and features TV on the Radio, Babyshambles, SiverSun Pickups, Von Bondies, and Busta Rhymes to name a few. “  Included in the bonus features is an impressive (and hilarious) performance by Mikey LeBlanc as “The Tobogganist”.  Mikey straps snowboard bindings on a standard wooden toboggan and proceeds to lay out some impressive rail slides, airs, and carving manoeuvres through trees.
